Planned. For now, tokens and components live in code.

Token names use the same path everywhere. The Figma variable color/content/primary is the token color.content.primary and the CSS variable --ds-color-content-primary.

Tokens are stored as JSON in the DTCG format. When the Figma library ships, every token becomes a Figma variable with the same name, for example color/content/primary.

This system has one owner: me. I check every change against the principles, test it in both themes and densities, and log it in the changelog.
